Final Results
Congratulations to Southridge School for their hard fought victory over Osoyoos Secondary to claim the title of BC Provincial Girls 'A' Soccer Champions!
Southridge defeated Osoyoos 2 - 1 in a close game that could have swung either way.
Final Tournament standings are:

The Tournament MVP award was given to Tessa MacDougall of Southridge School.
The Golden Boot Award, for most goals scored, was shared between Kelsey Williams of Osoyoos and Tessa MacDougall of Southridge. They scored 7 goals each!
The Fairplay Award, for the team demonstrating the best sportsmanship, as decided by the referees, was given to Fraser Lake.

Thanks to all the teams for a lot of great soccer played over 3 days! All games were hard fought and every team should congratulate themselves for making it to the tournament and helping us run a successful and thrilling tournament.

May 31: Schedule posted! Scores will be posted after each group of games are completed.
May 23: -Our final 2 teams have qualified! Nakusp Secondary and Mt. Sentinel.
-Thursday's game times have been updated, see the schedule for the updated times.
-A final game schedule can't be published till after the coaches meeting on May 31, but we can tell the local Duncanites that DCS's first game will be Thursday, 11am at the Cowichan Sportsplex.

On behalf of the staff, students and parents at Duncan Christian School, we welcome you to the 2006 Senior Girls' Soccer Championships.
We wish to congratulate all the teams and coaches who have achieved a place in this tournament. All of us have worked very hard for many months to organize and prepare for this exciting B.C. Provincial Championship. It is our goal to make this tournament a memorable and positive experience, regardless of your final placing.
We trust and pray that all of you: players, coaches and supporters enjoy your stay in Duncan, and that you experience the care, concern and love of our beautiful community. Many blessings to you all, play your best and remember you are all winners!
