Don Moslin, BC School Sports Soccer Commissioner

On behalf of the BC Secondary Schools Soccer Commission, I would like to express congratulations to all the teams that participated in the 2006 Senior Girls Soccer Championships. All the teams that participated in this year’s Championships competed and represented their schools and communities well. Reaching and participating in these Championships is the recognition of your dedication, hard work, and determination in an attempt to achieve success. Success was achieved by qualifying for these Championships, which provided you a chance to compete against the other top schools from across the Province of British Columbia. These Championships may be the pinnacle for high school soccer careers of some players while for others it may just be a beginning. Throughout play at the Championships, a high level of soccer was exhibited as well as demonstrating the motto of FAIR PLAY.

A special thank you must go out to all of the coaches, volunteers, parents, and officials whom without their involvement these Championships could not have take place.

We look forward to watching such high level soccer. We recognize that each team here has earned a place on the roster through commitment, diligence and dedication. We hope you will experience a spirit of grace and service during your time with us and we pray that your memories of this time will bring you joy in the years to come.

Provincial Championship. It is our goal to make this tournament a memorable and positive experience, regardless of your final placing.
